Lucy Nkwinika

Lucy Nkwinika is a Development Director and Co-Founder of Young & Empowered Malawi, where she oversees program design, strategic planning, and organizational development aimed at empowering youth in under-resourced communities. With experience spanning international development, leadership training, and education, including roles with Urban Promise International and Cornerstone Christian High School, she brings strong expertise in communication, program management, and community engagement. Lucy holds an MA in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University and is pursuing an MA in International Development at the University of Denver. She also serves as a Board Director for MINA Lenders, championing social impact, youth empowerment, and sustainable community solutions in Malawi.
