Dorothy Kamoto

Dorothy Kamoto is a Malawian leader, women’s rights advocate, and educator who serves as the Executive Director of Young & Empowered Malawi, a nonprofit organization based in Blantyre dedicated to empowering young people and advancing gender equity. She holds a Master’s degree in organizational leadership from Eastern University, a background that strengthens her work in community leadership and youth development. Dorothy has also contributed to research on women’s access to land in Malawi, reflecting her dedication to social impact for better communities.
